Equanimity of Mind Session 2 (Audio)

This is a one hour session on the art of meditation.  In this first session we look at the value in an equanimous approach to inner movements as a ground for deepening into what’s already the case.  The push, pull, rejection and grasping create much activity in the persona and at some point this is seen to be the cause of much inner tension.
