Welcome to Personal Pathways, a weekly online gathering where busy people, the inspired and the curious come together to explore the depths of mindfulness, meditation, and the Art of True Rest.  Our gatherings offer a nurturing and supported space for individuals to connect, share experiences, and shine a light on dimensions of the inner life. Whether you are an experienced meditator or just interested in a deeper sense of rest and integration, Personal Pathways invites you to join us for guided meditations, insightful discussions, and meaningful connections. Together, we endeavour to create a harmonious learning environment where everyone can flourish and find True Rest.

SESSION FORMAT

The session will include a welcome and settling meditation, short talk, interactive breakout rooms and a meditation practice with Q&A to close.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:

  • Please arrive on time The event starts at 7.30pm and the session will be open from 7.30pm (Latecomers won’t be allowed into the meeting)
  • Please have all other technology turned off, and prepare your environment so you won’t be disturbed as best as you can.
  • Please mute yourself upon arrival, and start to settle in your own way.
  • Please be courteous and respectful to all others at the gathering.
  • You are welcomed to share your experience during the discussions.  We endeavour to keep this a sharing of direct experience over philosophy or imagination.

I have been practising yoga for many years in Rowan’s classes, which are wide ranging and always thought provoking. Over the years we have covered so many aspects of yoga, including basic and complex movements and sequences, meditation, breathwork, health, wellness, and spirituality. I have really enjoyed developing and growing in so many ways in Rowan’s classes and also at his retreats and festivals. I always enjoy and benefit from Rowan’s classes and his unique approach to yoga practice which is highly recommended.
