Welcome to our Yoga Group for Men.
In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, yoga offers a valuable practice for men seeking physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Traditionally seen as a female-dominated activity, yoga is increasingly recognised for its universal benefits, appealing to men of all ages and fitness levels. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, making it an excellent complement to other forms of exercise like weightlifting or running. Beyond the physical advantages, yoga promotes mental clarity, stress reduction, and improved focus, which can be particularly beneficial in managing the demands of modern life.
This isn’t your regular yoga class. I’ve been studying yoga, meditation and the mind for over 25 years. During that time I’ve explored the science of yoga, well-being practices along with modern sciences in brain and nervous system to offer an integrated and well informed safe space to be ourselves, meet ourselves and move into stronger and clearer inner recognitions.
SESSION FORMAT
The sessions are fluid and we go from week to week exploring all aspects of Yoga.
