I have been trained and continue to learn through Integral Yoga as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda. The Integral Yoga Tradition is a wonderful school of Yoga. Rooted in the essence of Yoga, Integral Yoga deliveres something so complex into such an easily understood way for the western mind. It has taken the most profound teachings and made them accessible, presentable and digestable.
The main ashram is in virginia USA. The spirit of Yoga lives there and its a wonderful place to go. Visit the ashram INTEGRAL YOGA for more details.
What you call spiritual life is not just one-sided development. When you act, act selflessly. If you love somebody, love for the joy of loving—don’t make it a business by looking for something in return. If you have time to sit and analyze, analyze in this way: What is the cause of my worries? Who am I? Why am I here?’ In your day, set aside a little time for the body, do the physical postures. A little time for service, a little time for chanting or devotion. Meditation, studying spiritual books, analyzing, self-reflection: it’s all combined in what we call Integral Yoga.
